Pistachio Cheesecake

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix ground pistachios and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and pistachio paste until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  • Pour mixture over the crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Chill for 4 hours before serving.
